Very nice and quiet place. Perfect for students who needs a quiet space for their studies or reviews. My brother used to stay here for 1 month for his board exam review and it was very convenient for him. Clean rooms and safety is also not a problem here. Also what I liked most about this place is the staff! Very friendly and accommodating, from the start where we just inquired they gave us a tour of the choices of rooms up to the returning of our security deposit. It's easy to talk to their staff and they respond immediately if you have concerns. Two thumbs up! Keep up the good work!
Hello jhocson, sobrang salamat kasi naging part kayo ng review days namin, ngayon RMT na kami ♥ From LPU-Batangas
Jhocson Residences is a really amazing place to stay esp for students! Super near to many things! Food corners, 7eleven, Alfa mart, are just few steps away! You won't be hungry! Best to come down at 3pm there's so much to pick on! There's a coffee corner since we are in front of National University! SM San Lazaro is 100php away with grab. It's relatively safe to walk around!
